A cluster of 5 islands in the Far Eastern Ocean of the Warhammer World... one of many places in a gamer's imagination that can be populated with anything one wants.  For me, I've been looking for some nooks on the face of the planet where I could place my Lord of the Rings armies.  The Lost Isles of Elithis have always been a top candidate for my Elves of LOTR.

 

There are several independent army books that populate the Allies & Dogs of War page that cover my armies and the characters that lead them.  Essentially, I wanted the Lord of the Rings characters and the flavor of their armies, but I wanted to pull them into my Warhammer world and use the WFB rules to pit them against Warhammer Fantasy's finest.

 

Enter the Dark Elves.  Yes, I know, it makes more sense to pit Chaos or Orcs against them, but my modeling of Fantasy campaigns around actual historical ones wouldn't permit me to field anyone but the Dark Elves against them.

 

Thus, the map of the campaign (intended invasion route of the Dark Elves) is below along with a link to the running campaign narrative (PDF).  This page will get updated as the games unfold or more fluffy narrative is written.
